Move In/Set Up

Saturday 8AM-9:45AM (MUST NOTIFY THE SHOW OFFICE)
*all exhibitors will be given Parking Passes & Show Identification when they move into the show building, either Friday afternoon on February 19, or Saturday morning on February 20 unless other arrangements have been made with the show office.

Decorator

The decorator for the Spokane Golf Show is DESIGN EVENTS. The phone number for the decorator is: 800-840-2280 toll free. A 6' draped table and two chairs package that can be ordered through the show office at a substantial savings one week prior to the show (see show contract). All other orders for special booth requests must go through Design Events.

Doing Business in WA

You must register and have a UBI number to do business with the Washington State Department of Revenue. Click here for an application (master business license application) - the cost is $15.

Shipping prior to the show

Electrical

Electrical will not be provided unless you contract for the service prior to the show. $40 pre-show price - one week prior to show through Spokane Golf Show office, February 10th, 2010. Day of event electrical will be available but at a much higher price.

Phone

If you require a phone line in your booth, or a line for credit card transactions, please contact the Spokane Convention at 509-353-6500 or add it to your contract, there is a $75 fee for this service.

Parking

If you would like a parking permit please add it to your contract OR the two day parking pass will be available to purchase at exhibitor check in prior to the show.
